my experience was much better than my previous stay in new glasgow. the room was clean, bright, and had excellent bedding, making my sleep comfortable. i really appreciated the hot breakfast and the staff's willingness to accommodate late check-out for my schedule.

Toilet cleanliness left much to be desired!!! I encountered unpleasant odors upon entry, and the lack of privacy due to curtains that wouldn't close properly was bothersome!!! The one-ply toilet paper was painfully rough on the skin!!! Beds were harder than a rock and I had to purchase foam toppers to catch some comfort!!!

The breakfast was wicked good, got my fill with scrambled eggs and sausage. Staff was super helpful, moved us to the ground floor since I was limping around. Room was clean and comfy, but man, that stairwell smell was something else. Had a bit of trouble with the noisy doors too. Could use some soft-closing hardware.

I stayed in a clean Double Room for two nights. The bed was comfortable, which made it easy to unwind after a busy day. I appreciated having a fridge, which was super handy for snacks. The breakfast was decent, though I wish they had more gluten-free options. They also moved us to the ground floor right away since I had trouble with stairs. Just a heads up, the breakfast area got pretty crowded.
