I recently stayed at a charming, historic hotel in the heart of a bustling city. The brand new hotel had only 11 rooms, which created a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. All the main attractions were just a short walk away. The staff was professional and went out of their way to assist me. The breakfast was absolutely scrumptious, the best I had in Peru! It was interesting to see that they used WhatsApp as a means of communication with the guests. They even offered iPads for borrowing, which was convenient. The rooms were spacious and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The friendly staff goes above and beyond, ensuring a memorable experience. We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel, which offers exclusive amenities like a Spa & wellness centre and garden area. the room advantages were numerous: spacious, cozy, with a beautiful design. the restaurant provided a perfect gastronomic experience, with a varied special diet menu. In-room breakfast was simply delicious and served at the time desired. We enjoyed spending time at the bar/lounge area, enjoying the snack bar and packed lunches. the private facilities were always kept clean and impeccable. the hotel's location advantages were numerous: located in the heart of the city, with easy access to all main attractions, and the staff even offered to arrange tours in the area.

the only downside was that the service provided was slightly slow at times, but that was a very minor issue.

The room was spacious and cozy, and the food was good enough. it was great that the hotel used WhatsApp to communicate with guests, which made things easier.

The experience was quite poor overall. the customer service was really dreadful, so much so that it really overshadowed any of the positives.
