As youngsters, we loved the incredible views of the lake from our room and the stunning sunset. The room was equipped with a kitchenette, washing machine, and dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable. The beds were cozy and the shower had excellent water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our interactions.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to all of the amazing restaurants and attractions. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a superb bed that provided a great night's sleep. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, quickly attending to any issues that arose. The views from our room were stunning, with floor to ceiling windows showcasing the beautiful lake and mountains. All of the fittings and furnishings were new and the innovative use of space made for a truly comfortable stay. The amenities were top-notch, including a washing machine, dryer, and stove top in the room. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel in the future.

My recent stay at Ramada was a mixed experience. The location was great, as it was conveniently located in the heart of Queenstown. However, there were a few drawbacks. Additionally, my room faced a busy street and had a large structure blocking the view. The lack of ventilation made it uncomfortably hot. I also found the bed to be uncomfortably firm and struggled to get a good night's sleep. However, despite these issues, I must say that the staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. I would recommend this hotel for its location, but be prepared for a few inconveniences.

The hotel facilities were great, and my room was clean and comfortable. The transportation was convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The room was not clean and had mold and dirt in the shower and bathroom sink. There was also a big steel beam obstructing the window and the curtains were awkward to close.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk to the city center. The room we stayed in had very comfortable bedding and excellent shower with good water pressure. We were disappointed to find that there was no microwave or small kitchen sink in the room. This made heating up baby milk in the middle of the night a real inconvenience.

I had a fantastic 3-night stay at Ramada. The hotel's location was perfect for my visit to Milford Sound, and it was easy to find. I appreciated the option of overnight parking for $45, but I was fortunate enough to find a free parking space across from the nearby Gardens where I left my car for 2 nights. The desk staff lent me an umbrella when I stepped out for dinner, which was a nice touch. Though breakfast wasn't included, I was grateful for the coffee and mini fridge in the room. Despite being small, the room was comfortable and had a great view of the mountain and lake.
