I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for any traveler.

We loved the hotel's central location in the heart of the old town, just inside the walls. It made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and enjoy the many restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the well-stocked and varied continental breakfast.

I recently stayed at Hotel Cartier for a week-long vacation in Saint-Malo. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The front desk staff provided helpful suggestions for restaurants and even allowed us to check out late so we could make the most of our last day. Highly recommended!

The location at the heart of the city was so convenient. Cartier was a lovely and helpful place to stay. the owner even borrowed me a plug for my phone! He kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast on the first day. the room was clean and comfortable, although there was no aircon, which seems to be the case in St Malo hotels. We gladly accepted this and got used to the portable fans. the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, and my daughters enjoyed their stay too.

The hotel is right in the center of the old town, nestled on the cobbled streets. This location provides easy access to all the main tourist sites of Saint-Malo, as well as a wide selection of good restaurants. Additionally, the rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, offering a pleasant stay. The breakfast served at the hotel is delicious, with a variety of tasty local specialties to choose from.

Smart and modern hotel with friendly staff. It is situated in the heart of the walled city, making exploring the area very convenient. the breakfast offered was nice and the rooms were clean and spacious.

Room location was not confirmed, and we were given a noisy ground floor room despite requesting a balcony or view. the hotel staff did not make any effort to ensure the late-arriving guests were quiet, disturbing our sleep.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The location was incredible, right in the heart of the city walls with beautiful views. The staff were amazing, always available and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The morning meal could have been improved with more variety and options.

We had a lovely stay at Cartier. the reception staff were more than happy to look after our bags until our departure, saving us from carrying them around all day. They even provided us with water during our stay. the hotel's location on the corner of a pedestrian main street meant no traffic noise, and we were able to easily explore the restaurants and shops within walking distance. the room was comfortable and modern, with a clean bathroom and shower. We were traveling with small children and appreciated the spaciousness of the family room we were given. the staff were very helpful and kind, making our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The continental breakfast was excellent and had a good variety of options. The location was perfect for exploring the whole of St Malo, with a great view of the streets below. The staff were efficient, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for young families. The hotel provided a travel cot and allowed us to use the fridge and freezer to store milk.
