The staff's friendliness made my stay enjoyable, but the room's bathroom door was imperfectly installed and the TV remained unfixed despite multiple requests. Overall, the environment felt clean, but maintenance needs attention.

Had a great stay, but the shower was a pain—hot and cold pulses got frustrating. On the upside, the room was spacious and comfy, which made up for it. Chur!

stayed for 3 nights, and I can't believe they charge almost $400 per night then don't provide breakfast! The $15 buffet was laughable, absoluetly limited options. Also, one elevator was broken so wait times were terrible. Honestly, I expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but clearly special guests are not a priority. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The indoor heated pool and fitness center were great for keeping up with our routines. We even enjoyed free bike rentals. Kids had fun playing hockey and basketball on the outdoor court. Just a heads up, breakfast wasn't included with our room initially, but the staff sorted it out, and we had a nice meal. Definitely recommend it!

The staff made me and my family feel incredibly welcome during our stay. Bruno from maintenance was particularly kind, helping us with all our needs, including our 15 lb dog!

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Luggage storage helped us out. Wi-Fi was slow.

It's just a decent option for a city break in Oshawa with great value for the money. I really appreciated the quick response from the staff when I needed extra towels. If you can, skip the breakfast since it's not included and can be pricey.
