From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning riverview room. The views were simply breathtaking, and even though we couldn't snag one, we were still able to enjoy the same views from the restaurant and outdoor patio. Our corner room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant, and we encountered nothing but efficiency and friendliness. The downtown location was ideal for attending events, especially the hockey arena. While there were some concerns about safety in the area after dark, we were relieved to find a few excellent restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for its good value and downtown convenience.

The food from the restaurant was also really good.

This hotel has it all. the rooms are big and have stunning city and river views from their large windows. the restaurant is lovely with a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They offer a patio with heated igloos for outdoor dining in winter. the hotel is in a key location with a bus stop right outside that takes you to most attractions within walking distance. Two complementary facts offered made our stay even better.
