the hotel was not only dirty—i found trash and unvacuumed messes around—but the air conditioning broke during my stay! i expected some compensation for the inconvenience, but no one offered a single thing. breakfast was hit or miss, with cold food. i almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn’t. disappointing, to say the least.

No car park signage leading to the parking area!!! Wi-Fi cuts out frequently and is frustrating!!! Staff struggles with English and makes restaurant reservations challenging!!! The interior has a rickety feel and random noises.

This place is right in Chinatown, surrounded by all these amazing food spots! ! We had a huge king size bed that felt like a cloud. The public bath was SUPER nice and clean—totally relaxing after a long day.
