I enjoyed the range of recreational amenities, including the indoor pool, fitness center, and seasonal outdoor pool. the friendly lady who checked us in was exceptional, ensuring our room was ready even though we arrived early. the breakfast had assorted choices and was always readily available in the morning. the indoor pool was a hit with the kids, featuring a new liner, while the housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. the outdoor courtyard area with a splash pad was a lovely addition for the kids.

The front desk staff could have been friendlier, and the evening staff's response to a request for ice was lacking.

Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was too cold during our stay, but the courtyard was lovely. the breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. the outdated hotel could use a facelift, especially for the price we paid. the relaxation amenities like the spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi were a nice touch, and the nearby landmarks, such as Splash BC Water Parks and the Peach Ice Cream Shop.
