The pool is great for kids, spent 6+ hours there. Buffet dinner and brunch were fantastic, even tried room service. Karaoke and drinks at the lounge were fun. Everything you need is in the building, felt like a mini vacation.

The hotel's facilities were impressive, especially the pool and water slide, which our grandchildren absolutely loved. The breakfast sandwich was delicious and we enjoyed it both mornings. The staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay, making sure that all our needs were met. The location was easy to navigate, and we found it convenient for attending a soccer tournament in Okotoks and for visiting the casino.

We had a great Christmas getaway at this hotel! the staff was really helpful and kind, both at the check-in and check-out. the pillows on the bed were comfortable and gave us a good night's sleep. the hotel's location was perfect, close to key attractions and amenities in the area. We also enjoyed the clean rooms and the attentive service provided by the restaurant staff. the menu had a variety of delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The pillows on our bed kept sliding apart, waking us up in the middle of the night. the noise from the doors shutting in the hotel rooms was quite loud, making it seem like someone was slamming a door nearby.

The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The shower was the best I've ever had. The resort had a spa with great services, and we enjoyed the delicious food in the restaurant. The Canadian breakfast was a highlight. We also had a great time watching the Elvis tribute artist at the casino. The main floor room was convenient, and we loved the resort atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and we even got a free room upgrade and cot. a great experience!

Wow, what a fantastic place to take a break and enjoy a mini vacation! the pool was definitely the best aspect of our holiday. My kids spent more than 6 hours splashing around, and I got a chance to relax and sunbathe. We also tried the food, and it was amazing! the buffet was delicious, and we even ordered room service, which was complimentary. the entertainment was fantastic; we visited the lounge for karaoke and had some drinks at the Wildhorse Pub. the best thing is that everything was right there, and we didn't have to leave the hotel- we felt like we had the best of everything!

The service was not perfect- the staff forgot to bring us a blanket one night. we had some issues picking up our concert tickets, and there was not enough seating.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with a decent-sized fridge and a clock radio with built-in USB charging plugs. Additionally, the hotel offers a variety of dining options, including a pub with live bands and a karaoke bar.

The carpets in the rooms appear to be in need of a change, as they have old stains and marks on them.
