The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was hot and fresh, and the staff was attentive. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and they even provided a green card under the door to ensure we had enough supplies. a great experience for our group of friends.

Rude staff and poor customer service. During breakfast, a staff member yelled at us in front of other guests for not throwing our plates away, creating an embarrassing situation.

Clean and tidy room with plenty of power points. Excellent WiFi signal. 24-hour coffee facility with tasty coffee available. Easy to find even with old Sat Nav maps. Great night's sleep despite close proximity to freeway and accident involving helicopter medevac.

The staff quickly and kindly accommodated my request for a new room when I noticed a strange smell. The breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious, especially the coffee. I had an excellent stay at Best Western.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. the location was convenient, close to restaurants and shopping. Being near the freeway made it easy to explore the area. the price was reasonable, making it a budget-friendly option.

The room had a strong and unpleasant smell of humidity and condensation. It was quite off-putting.

The breakfast at Best Western Plus Lewisville Flower Mound was outstanding! They had a variety of delicious options including fresh fruit, yogurt, salsa, eggs ranchero, and various breads. The location was also perfect for our needs.

Rooms are clean and well-designed, with fridges and microwaves as a bonus. Room service could use some improvement, with guests occasionally not receiving requested towels and other amenities.

Additionally, the breakfast options were a delightful surprise, with a variety of choices and even Starbucks coffee available. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
