The wellness area was lacking some essentials like slippers and a sewing kit, which was a bit disappointing. The housekeeping team also woke us up early on our last day, showing a lack of organization.

The buffet breakfast looked good, and there was even a hot tub grotto for guests to enjoy.

We had a great experience bringing in the New Year at this hotel. The complimentary hot cocoa by the fireplace in the lobby was a cozy touch. The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our room had a balcony with stunning views of the mountains.

There were a few things we didn't enjoy. The parking fee was unexpected and there was no window washing during our stay.
