I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Banff for one night. The AC worked great, keeping the room nice and cool, and the beds were comfortable. I also appreciated that the room was dark at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. Another positive was the hotel's location, as it was not right on the busy section of the street. a very nice stay!

The wellness area was lacking some essentials like slippers and a sewing kit, which was a bit disappointing. the housekeeping team also woke us up early on our last day, showing a lack of organization.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was pretty close to downtown and reasonably close to Banff centre. It was just a quick walk into the city, which was a busy tourist hub. The room and bathroom were well-appointed and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff, although not overly personable, were friendly enough. The buffet breakfast looked good, and there was even a hot tub grotto for guests to enjoy.

We had a great experience bringing in the New Year at this hotel. the complimentary hot cocoa by the fireplace in the lobby was a cozy touch. the location was perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our room had a balcony with stunning views of the mountains.

There were a few things we didn't enjoy. we had to make a special request which took a long time to process and we didn't receive any updates on our lost item.
