The location was perfect, as it was close to a mall and the university, which were areas I wanted to visit. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The service provided by the staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Although I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, I heard from other guests that it was delicious. I had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to other budget travelers.

One of the negative aspects was the outdated furniture in the room, particularly the worn-out couch and stained bed.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed two complementary facts from the hotel staff. the location was the best for us, as it was close to the shopping centre. we loved the big and comfortable bed in our room.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of downtown and close to all the areas we wanted to explore, like the university. We were right in the center of things with lots to do. The staff here goes over and above to respond to your every request and provided great service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the garden furniture. this place offered enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly luxurious.

The only downside we experienced was that the in-house restaurant could have been better. However, the fantastic service and the variety of eateries nearby made up for it.

Excellent service and prompt response to requests. We had a slight issue with the coffee maker not being in the room as promised, but the staff at the front desk quickly resolved the issue and brought it to us within an hour. The chest of drawers in our room was broken, but the staff also promptly addressed this and fixed it. The breakfast area and restaurant were both enjoyable, and the conference facilities were impressive. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.
