The location for Disney was fantastic. literally as good as being in a Disney hotel. The nearby grocery shop and big shopping center made it super convenient for snacks and essentials. easy to get to from Paris too!

There was nothing I didn't like.

The proximity to the train station was fantastic, as it allowed us to

quickly access Disneyland with just a short walk. While the room was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed, the mattress was a bit on the hard side for my liking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return!

The kitchenette allowed us to prepare meals easily, and the proximity to the RER made trips to Disneyland a breeze. However, the infrequent cleaning service was frustrating, as my garbage was ignored until I followed up.

Spacious apartments with self-catering facilities.

I was very disappointed with our experience. Despite requesting rooms close together for my family due to mobility issues, we ended up on separate floors and at opposite ends of the hotel. The staff showed no willingness to accommodate our request, and I felt ignored every time I asked for assistance.

The hotel was ideally located just a minute from the train station, making it super convenient to catch trains to Disneyland and central Paris. I also loved that it was within walking distance to Val d'Europe Shopping Mall and La Vallée Village for some great shopping and dining options.

The check-in process was a bit slow, taking longer than expected.

This place is just perfect for families! Rooms are spacious and the kids loved those bunk beds! every day the cleaning was top notch! The underground garage was handy too, and the quick walk to the train? Amazing, just 2 mins and you're at the station. Staff were eager to help and breakfast was filling with some great options!

The room was massive and super clean, with all the kitchen tools we needed. Plus, the location is spot on for popping over to the parks!

But honestly, the heat was unbearable—my own sauna would have been more comfortable! And for a hotel this fancy, I expected better from the air conditioning—hello, sweat city!

Friendly staff were available around the clock, assisting with a quick check-in even at early hours. Don’t miss trying the homemade rolls from the local bakery nearby for breakfast!

The room was spacious with comfy beds for everyone, including fun bunk beds for the kids! The staff were super friendly, always ready to help. The underground parking was a lifesaver for us after check-out. Just wish the dining area had a few more options for snacks! Free Wi-Fi was a bonus too.
