The staff at the front desk and lounge were nice. Room 406 on the fourth floor had a clean and nice view. Good food and free breakfast and parking were provided in exchange for a bad room. Excellent location to explore downtown on foot.

The location is great, with easy access to sights and restaurants in this city. We loved the breakfast, which had a great selection. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the view of the lake from our room. the staff were courteous, the service was excellent, and we had a memorable experience.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, as carpets appeared dirty and in need of a deep clean. the pool and hot tub were closed early in the morning due to repairs, causing disappointment for guests who had specifically booked the hotel for these amenities.

We enjoyed the amazing view of the lake from our room, and the fact that we could easily explore the heart of the city on foot. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The on-site restaurant overlooking the water served delicious food, and the portions were generous. We also loved the comfortable and modern room, with its walk-in shower and techy amenities like the bedside module. this venue exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back.

Our Thanksgiving weekend stay was amazing! the two complimentary bottles of water and snacks were a lovely touch. the location was perfect - right by the water and close to restaurants and shops. Our room had a stunning view, which we enjoyed while sipping on our morning coffee.

I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

One minor drawback was that the hotel lacked a wide selection of TV channels. Although I wasn't in Kingston to watch TV, having a variety of channels would have been nice for some downtime relaxation.
