I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided at Kasthamandap Boutique Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and made me feel right at home. They even offered a complimentary upgrade to my room, which was a lovely gesture. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with a stunning wall painting of Buddha in the buffet room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room and bathrooms were always clean. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel manager, Prabin, was extremely helpful and provided great suggestions for local sightseeing. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as some towels not being washed properly and a few areas for improvement in the food quality and flexibility of the drivers for sightseeing, I still believe that Kasthamandap Boutique Hotel is one of the best places to stay in Kathmandu. The moderate price, excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, fast Wi-Fi, and truly hot water in the bathroom were all great features. The overall experience was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I had an exceptional stay at this gem of a hotel in Thamel! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Kathmandu.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, with our room being extremely clean. The facilities seemed pretty new and the staff were very friendly. The hotel's location in the heart of Thamel was perfect, as it was close to plenty of restaurants.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, especially Thapa and Lama. The breakfast selection was delicious and abundant. The hotel is centrally located with great facilities, including a lift and rooftop seating. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with fantastic city views.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to plenty of restaurants and shops, as well as the main streets of the city.

We had an amazing time during our romantic escape! The breakfast provided was delicious and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. We loved sipping on the complimentary tea and enjoying the stunning view from the rooftop. It was located in a great area, close to many restaurants and shops.

The lock on the door was a bit loud and we could hear others locking and unlocking their doors at night. , the soundproofing could have been better to minimize outside noise.
