The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful in providing information about the city and vegan restaurants. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport and a running path around the lake just three blocks away. The view from the hotel room was incredible, offering stunning sights of the downtown area and the CN Tower. The modern style and architecture of the hotel, along with its facilities such as the gym and pool, added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the food and drinks at the SoCo restaurant were of excellent quality.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing and extremely friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were excellent. I also loved the convenient grab-and-go section at the on-site restaurant, perfect for a quick coffee or snack throughout the day. The location was great, away from the busy Union Station but still within easy reach of attractions like the Aquarium, Rogers Centre, and Scotiabank Arena.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the attractions downtown. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, even upgrading our room and surprising us with complimentary champagne for our special occasion. They were so quick to respond to our requests and provided excellent customer service. The room itself was fantastic, with a stunning view of the city and all the necessary amenities. The walk-in shower was a highlight, especially with the adjustable shower head for taller guests. Everything was kept clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also heard great things about the indoor swimming pool, although we didn't have the chance to try it out. we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

This place is in a great location! It's so close to the CN Tower and Aquarium, and even the Convention Center is right across the street. The views from the rooms are incredible, especially if you get a corner room. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, always making sure you have everything you need. The service is amazing and very efficient. this hotel provides excellent service and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything and within walking distance of all the downtown attractions. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful swimming pool that stayed open until 11 p.m. The staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They even surprised me with a birthday card, beers, and strawberries. The restaurant had a great ambiance and served delicious food and drinks. The breakfast options were flexible, allowing me to sleep in and have breakfast anywhere I wanted.

The hotel facilities were great, with access to the train inside the hotel, making it convenient in case of bad weather. The location was perfect, near the Scotia Bank Arena, Roger’s Center, and the CN Tower. There were also plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. The breakfast served in the hotel restaurant was delicious, and there was a late-night menu available. we can highly recommend this hotel.

Not obvious to find.

We celebrated our anniversary with a "staycation" and stayed in a room with a soaker tub. The staff, especially Chrissy at the front desk, were incredibly accommodating and upgraded us to a room with a gorgeous view and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, with comfortable beds, and a stunning bathroom. The club floor upgrade was definitely worth it, with amazing views, access to the club lounge, and complimentary champagne and strawberries to celebrate our special occasion. The staff, particularly Josh, were kind and courteous throughout our stay. Strongly recommend this hotel.
