Hyatt House in Railroad Ave District was a welcoming staycation. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and delicious breakfast made our visit memorable. the location, close to the university, was fantastic. the pool was perfect for my granddaughter to learn how to swim. We'll be back for sure!

This hotel is great! It's right in the center of everything and the service is amazing. The room had everything I needed, from a sitting area to kitchen utensils. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for lounging in the sun. The staff was super friendly and always available to help.

This hotel has an excellent location, with plenty of amenities nearby. Guests can enjoy a delicious free breakfast, and there’s a huge fitness area available. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a secure key access system. In addition, the hotel has a nice bar lounge and provides happy hour options to guests.

There were some rude staff members who didn't seem to care about guests.

I always return for my holidays. I appreciate the staff helping me print documents. the place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, luggage storage, bar, restaurant, and more. I need air conditioning, no smoking, and pets allowed.

I recently stayed at Hyatt House for a college visit with my family. the facility was well-maintained, our room was spacious with comfortable beds, and the bathroom wasn't cramped. the front desk staff was friendly, and we felt safe with the key card elevator access. the pet-friendly policy was a bonus, and the complimentary breakfast kept us energized with a variety of options. Overall, our experience was wonderful.

Clean and quiet rooms. Convenient parking and secure access to upper floors with room key. Proximity to Florida A&M University campus. Comfortable bed, nice shower, and accommodating staff. Breakfast was fine.

The hotel had a great location in the middle of town, close to shopping and dining. The rooms were clean and comfortable. As vegetarians, we appreciated the reasonable kitchenette that allowed us to cook our own dinner.

The room was spacious and the hotel was located near a great park with a splash pad for children. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and the pool one evening. Although there was a $12 charge for parking, we were able to park behind the building for free. I would recommend Hyatt House.

We had a great city trip experience thanks to the smart decision we made by choosing a hotel near the university that had easy access to a shopping and dining area. We were pleased with the hotel's pet-friendly policy, which allowed us to bring our furry friend on the trip. On top of that, the security measures at this hotel made us feel very safe.

Although we enjoyed our visit here, there were a few issues that were not ideal. Parking was a bit of a hassle as we had to pay extra for it.
