stayed here during our stopover in victoria and delta exceeded our expectations. comfy king bed, great view of the harbour, and exceptional service from the staff, especially jamal at the front desk.

The value for the money was great, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The location was superb, with stunning views and easy access to the city and harbor. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast menu better was more variety in coffee options.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spectacular view from our room on the 6th floor. It had a mini-patio where we could relax and enjoy the stunning view of the inner harbor. The hotel shuttle van was always available to take us to downtown restaurants, making it a convenient and easy walk. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The reasonably priced parking nearby was an added bonus for those who prefer to drive. we had a wonderful experience and this will definitely be our go-to place in Victoria.

The view from my room was stunning and made my stay memorable. Watching the harbor activity and the city lights at night was a highlight. The location was great for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. I recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing weekend trip in a hotel with a perfect location within walking distance to other waterfront restaurants and across a pedestrian-friendly bridge to downtown. The staff was great, and the concierge Maren was extra welcoming and always provided helpful suggestions. Our room was spacious with a lovely bathroom, option to get ice, and wide variety of TV channels. Free transfers were available and we enjoyed the Starbucks coffee served. The view of the harbour was stunning.

I recently stayed at a hotel with a fantastic location, right on the harbor and close to downtown but away from the craziness. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was also nice and well-maintained. I enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel's restaurant, Lure, which offered great food at reasonable prices. the hotel provided a wonderful experience with its convenient location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations.

There was some noise from nearby construction during my stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect - just a short walk from downtown and there are many good restaurants nearby. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff available for room service, dry cleaning, and all my needs. The room was spacious and had plenty of amenities like a sitting area, terrace, and tea and coffee facilities. The spa and wellness centre was a nice touch, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The sun terrace was a great place to relax, and the staff were attentive and helpful.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The breakfast was good and it was great to have a gym and fitness center available. The hotel was in a central location, perfect for my business meetings.

The room was not cleaned properly and there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke which was disgusting. The air conditioning unit was old and didn't work properly, which made sleeping difficult.
