Charming place with cozy vibes

This place is super charming and full of character. The staff were really friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Breakfast was tasty with great options, and the social hour with drinks was a highlight. Only thing is, the stairs can be a bit of a hassle, especially with heavy bags.

Gorgeous, jaw-dropping Victorian property with a rich history and charming ambiance. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff that made us feel like VIPs. Sunday breakfast was mind-blowing with free mimosas and great coffee. Perfectly located, just a block away from the Opera House and surrounded by beautiful homes. Can't wait for an excuse to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at The Mansion On 17th! The staff, Tammy & Cora Lynn, were incredibly helpful and attentive. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and we slept like babies. Cocktail hour was a blast, and we loved meeting other guests. Tammy pours amazing drinks and Cora Lynn was always there to assist. The room, a King with Balcony, was beautifully decorated and cozy. The breakfast was delicious, with options for dietary restrictions. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Galveston!

The staff went above and beyond, making my husband's birthday extra special with wine, flowers, and cake in our room. The gourmet breakfast, complete with mimosas, was a fantastic start to the day. We also enjoyed the daily happy hour of wine and cheese. The central location made exploring easy, and the helpful and friendly staff made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely be returning.

This place exceeded every expectation. The staff are incredible. The rooms are completely restored and more beautiful than I could have imagined. Original Victorian couches, new mattresses, fresh paint, famous guests, incredible gourmet breakfast.
