The staff at this hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. the location was also great, conveniently located near many important places in town. the hostel had a cozy and comfortable lounge area where we could relax and hang out.

The rooms were a bit cramped and could have benefited from having more space to move around. there were some noise issues during the night due to the train tracks and busy streets nearby.

Gerald and Abby, the owners, were extremely kind and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect, easy to find and close to all the important parts of town. the big lounge was a great place to relax and hang out. the beds in room 3 were very comfortable, and we appreciated that towels were provided. the wooden bunk beds were quiet and sturdy, minimizing disturbance to other guests. the bathrooms were clean and the common room spacious and comfortable. the kitchen area was well-equipped and the staff were friendly. a great experience!

We loved the cozy atmosphere, the fireplace, the great community and boardgames! Also the duvets deserve a special mention, super comfortable. It was very clean and the kitchen well equipped, lively and still nicely organized - and we very much loved the free tea and coffee :) Walking distance to bars and shops and close to the highway. Great facilities for skiers.
