I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, as it is conveniently situated just off the motorway, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a large balcony that overlooked the garden and fields. The amenities provided were top-notch, including an ironing facility, tea and coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen TV.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The location of the bed and breakfast is perfect for visitors as it is not far from most visitor attractions. It is also conveniently located next to the motorway, making it easily accessible. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well equipped, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The service provided by the hosts is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfasts are delicious and there are even facilities such as a jacuzzi bath and hot tub available for guests to enjoy.

There were a few issues with noise from traffic due to the close proximity to the motorway.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful B&B near Alnwick. The room, named Swallows Rest, was gorgeous with a large and cozy bed. It was equipped with amazing extras like a coffee machine and a milk frother for lattes. They even had a mini bar with homemade booze and sweet treats. The bathroom was stunning, with a luxurious bath covered in candles and a selection of cosmetics to use. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending taxis and places to eat. The breakfast was delicious, with warm pastries and bacon stotties. The attention to detail was exceptional, and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend this relaxing, friendly, and beautiful B&B.

The room was charming with a delightful patio balcony, a Nespresso coffee machine, a fridge, and even GHD straighteners. The location was convenient, just off the A1 but not noisy, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious, particularly the bacon stotties. Parking was conveniently located right next to the property.

The jacuzzi in the boutique-styled bathroom was a great way to relax after a busy day. the complimentary mini bar and welcome treats were a nice touch. the Northumberland Breakfast in the gorgeous cottage kitchen was delicious and set me up for the day. the location was easy to find and conveniently located near Doxford Hall.

The continental breakfast was enjoyable but I would have liked a larger glass of orange juice. the flavored tea bags in the room were not to my taste, so I recommend bringing your own if you prefer regular tea.

We had a wonderful stay at Birdsong Cottage B&B while exploring the surrounding areas for coastal walks and Cheviot rambles. It is probably the best B&B we have been to, with a lot of love, care, and attention to detail. The room had its own little garden courtyard, where we enjoyed the delicious breakfast delivered to our door at our chosen time. Richard and his wife provided helpful local knowledge and recommendations for places to eat, taxis, and maps for walks. Highly recommended!

Great for a quick Easter getaway! the town has a few attractions to look at and the breakfast was decent too. I liked the fact that the room was quite clean upon arrival and the décor was not too shabby at all. While the staff wasn't too talkative, they were nice enough to give us recommendations for places to eat. the garden was also cute and tidy.

The room we had didn't have much of a view so it was quite claustrophobic. the walls were also pretty paper-thin: we could hear the guests next door snore and the dog barking outside the window.
