I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel here and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location of this place is simply amazing, right across from the majestic river. The area surrounding it is very nice, with shops and beautiful walks nearby. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, they even recommended an excellent local tour company for me. The newly renovated restaurant on the ground floor, Belly of the Bison, served delicious food that I couldn't get enough of. the level of comfort and quality service this hotel provided was truly exceptional.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The noise level from nearby bars can be disruptive at times.

The location of the hotel is perfect for us, as it is within walking distance to all the restaurants and stores. We don't have to worry about driving around and can easily explore the area on foot. Plus, we were not disturbed by the aurora tourists nor by the crowds from local bars.

I did wish that there was a laundry facility for guests to use.

Can't fault the property.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect for our group of friends who came to Whitehorse to explore the beautiful outdoors. We were just across from the river, which made it convenient for us to take peaceful walks and admire the stunning scenery. One morning, we were lucky enough to witness two dog sledders racing past us on the frozen lake nearby. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. We were also pleased to find a fridge and microwave in our room, which came in handy during our stay.

We did experience some noise disturbances from the hallway during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff, Philip, Chelsea, and Blad, were superb. They were always there with pleasant smiling patience and provided helpful advice. The bed was wonderful and the pillows felt just like home. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and updated. The location was perfect, situated across from the river and next to a great bar and restaurant. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near one of the best coffee shops in town.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Comfortable rooms and good quality bedding. Convenient shuttle service from the airport. the hotel is located close to many restaurants and trails. Free turndown service with water and mints. Complimentary in-room microwave and mini fridge.

No elevator was available, so we had to take our luggage upstairs. There was no restaurant open during breakfast or brunch over the weekend, which was inconvenient.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is right by the river. It was so refreshing to have a room with a view of the river, and we even got to see two dog sledders scoot pass us on the frozen lake. The hotel staff were welcoming and professional, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and nice linens.

The shuttle service was a disappointment. The timing of the shuttle was not convenient for us, as it left the airport before we could collect our bags.
