The location of the hotel is great, far enough from the city center to be quiet, but still within walking distance to the beach. The rooms are well-established with their own pools and air conditioning, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff is polite and attentive, making sure guests have a pleasant time. The breakfast selection is varied, offering different options to suit different tastes.

The WiFi signal in some villas was weak, causing inconvenience for guests trying to connect to the internet.

The rooms at this hotel were beautiful and the service was exceptional. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were impressed with the attention to detail, as they decorated our villa for our new year stay and even gave us a cake to celebrate. The shuttle service was convenient and it was easy for us to get to the main attractions in the area. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the mojitos.

We were placed in a separate wing of the hotel, which felt isolated and required us to take a buggy every time we wanted to go to the main hotel for breakfast or to interact with the hotel staff. the air conditioning in our room was not cold enough, making it uncomfortable in the hot and humid Bali weather.
