The hotel had a great location right in the heart of town, making it convenient to explore all the attractions and amenities. The room exceeded my expectations and was even better than I had anticipated. Additionally, the hotel had exceptional service and facilities, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Upon check-in, there was a slight issue with the customer service. There seemed to be a lack of efficiency, with only one person at the front desk and another employee not being very cooperative.

Great location near shops and restaurants. Convenient for skiing as ski buses stopped nearby. Spacious room with plenty of storage and multiple charging points.

The room was too bright, even with the blinds closed. Street light seeped through and made it difficult to sleep.

We stayed in a newly renovated room at Elk + Avenue and everything was brand new. The check-in process was quick and the staff was friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent, with shops and attractions just minutes away. The underground parking was a bonus. I would highly recommend Elk + Avenue for a comfortable and convenient stay in Banff.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable and inviting family room at Elk + Avenue. The location was perfect, right on Banff Ave with easy access to shops, dining, and beautiful hiking trails along the river. The staff were friendly and engaging, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Breakfast delights could have been better with more options for an ordinary menu, especially for kids.

We loved the location of our hotel, it was so convenient! We were able to catch buses to the slopes right next door, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was substantial and tasty enough. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices and basic amenities. The location is particularly wonderful as it is situated in the centre of the town, making it easy to explore the area. The staff, particularly on the front desk, were very helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms, even though they do not offer a view, were clean and comfortable with air conditioning and 2 queen beds. Additionally, the breakfast included in our stay was served by a friendly waitstaff which was a nice touch.
