We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The pool was perfect, heated and comfortable, even on breezy days. The location was ideal, nestled in a safe and beautiful area. The room was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved the amenities like the heated swimming pool, laundry service, and shuttle service. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay.

We didn't find any negatives during our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

This hotel is in a great location, set apart from the sleeping area, in a very nice and safe area in town. The staff is very friendly and provides basic amenities in the room, including a comfortable bed and a separate bedroom. Also, breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose from.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Sawgrass Mills mall. Also, it is situated in an area that is popular with dog lovers. If you plan to shop early, you will be pleased to know that the store opens at 6 am. The apartment units are reasonably equipped and well maintained with good amenities such as a large balcony, free transport service, and a variety of activities.

One guest reported that the housekeeping staff was not attentive enough and left a wet mess in the room that was not cleaned up correctly.

We stayed at Vacation Village for a family trip and had a great time. The pools were a hit with the kids and the location was close to the Everglades. The layout of the hotel was spacious and our high floor provided great views. The check-in person was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even provided extra towels and blankets without us having to ask. The staff responded quickly to any concerns and the overall cleanliness was good. The grounds were well-maintained with lovely golf course views.

The apartment was well-equipped with good sized rooms and a comfortable bed. the balcony overlooked the pool, which was a nice touch.

The staff was not helpful, denying a request for an escort for safety reasons. There were issues with room access and internet connectivity that took a significant amount of time to resolve.

The hotel is situated in a very nice safe area and there are plenty of things to do nearby. The room was very comfortable and we particularly enjoyed having a kitchen and living area set apart from the sleeping area. The staff provided great customer service and were very helpful with any questions we had.

Good facilities for a longer stay, including multiple pools and shuttle services for transportation. the rooms were equipped with a kitchen which was convenient for preparing meals. the overall atmosphere was laid-back and calming.

The room walls were thin and we could hear neighbors' TV and toilets flushing, which was disruptive. the location was a bit confusing with multiple buildings spread out in a large area, making it hard to navigate at first.

The rooms at Vacation Village were spacious, comfortable, and clean. They felt like apartments and had everything we needed for a month-long stay. The walk-in shower in the handicapped room was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well equipped. The pool was heated and comfortable, perfect for our kids. The staff was responsive, friendly, and professional. We felt very safe in the secluded complex.

The staff didn't seem to care about complaints regarding ants in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as the man pouring chlorine in the pool while kids were swimming. The manager also ignored a complaint made by another guest.
