During my recent stay at Melia, I was amazed by the seamless integration of the resort with its natural surroundings. The lush greenery and the organic vegetable greenhouse created a harmonious atmosphere. The breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean added to the overall beauty of the resort. The Housekeeping and Room Service staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

Although I encountered a hiccup with the room service menu, the overall experience at Melia outweighed this minor inconvenience.

Exceptional service, beautiful beach, and delicious food. During my stay at Melia Zanzibar, I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The beach at the resort was simply stunning, with crystal-clear waters and powdery white sand. I spent hours lounging by the ocean, soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The food at Melia Zanzibar was a true delight. The variety and quality of the dishes were impressive, and I especially loved the catch of the day at the Jetty restaurant. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as limited food options for picky eaters and a need for room upgrades, I would highly recommend Melia Zanzibar for an unforgettable vacation experience. I was thoroughly pleased with my stay and would not hesitate to return.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location, right by a natural coral reef in Kiwenga, made it a paradise for snorkeling enthusiasts like me. Additionally, the hotel's special restaurants, which required reservations, exceeded my expectations every single time.

My recent stay at Melia in Zanzibar was absolutely amazing. I spent a relaxing week at this beautiful hotel and was blown away by all the positive features. The layout of the hotel is wonderful and I felt very safe during my stay. The beach views were breathtaking, and I appreciated the presence of security guards on the beach. The food at Melia was divine throughout my stay, and their cocktails and wines were delicious as well. I also appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff, who were always friendly and helpful. my stay at Melia was perfect and I highly recommend it.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Beautiful gardens and unique beach experience with fine sand. Friendly and professional staff, offering great customer service. Delicious food and unlimited drinks included in the all-inclusive package. Scuba diving with PADI center is a must-do, with professional team and dolphin sightings. Mosquito nets arranged every night in the well-maintained rooms.

The resort is large and offers access to a higher level. A cart is needed to reach the level and the beach. Pool facilities are excellent. Food options are great, with lovely lunch at the beach. Different menus each night. Staff are lovely.

The hotel is modern and safe. Great views and relaxing walks. Excellent food and drinks. Friendly staff.

The property is photogenic and peaceful. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Mr. Rishi, the manager, went above and beyond to cater to our vegetarian needs. Facilities in the room are great.

We had an incredible time at this hotel! the staff was always so friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the complimentary beach shuttle and the fact that there were so many different restaurants to try. the location was also perfect, with breathtaking views of the ocean and easy access to nearby attractions.

There were some communication mix-ups, which resulted in our reservations not being processed properly. We also experienced some delays with our room not being ready when we arrived.

The luxurious amenities and excellent service at this hotel went beyond our expectations. the stunning sun terrace and outdoor pool area were perfect for relaxation. the beach access was also convenient. the restaurant served quality food, with a good variety for buffet breakfast and international cuisine. In our room, the outdoor shower was an exclusive touch that added to our experience. the snack bar, bar/lounge area, and outdoor dining area were amazing.

The limited food availability later at night, especially if you did not have the premium package. There was no room service after a certain time, which might be an inconvenience for some guests.

Our Christmas stay at this resort was fantastic! the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a turn down service and mosquito netting provided every night. the food at the buffet was the best we've had at a resort, and the Jetty Bar had delicious appetizers and drinks. the staff was extremely attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. the pool was large and deep, perfect for swimming, and there were plenty of chairs available. the resort had a peaceful atmosphere, without loud music playing all day. the beach, although a short shuttle ride away, was beautiful and sandy, and we enjoyed exploring the tidal pools at low tide. a truly enjoyable experience!

There were a few drawbacks. the beach was not easily accessible from the resort due to the rocky shoreline, requiring a shuttle or long walk.

I had an excellent value for my money at this resort. The room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom and ample storage space. The location was great, with a short golf cart ride to the beautiful beach. The staff treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout my stay. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The only thing that could have been better in terms of breakfast options was the selection of pastries.
