We had a peaceful and restful sleep at Fairfield Inn. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The complementary breakfast had a nice variety and the waffles were delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located close to everything in the Ottawa area. It is not in the downtown core but is in the downtown Ottawa area. The room was spacious and clean, with a large living space as well as a bedroom. The bathroom was a bit tight, but requests for additional toiletries were quickly fulfilled. The front desk staff was cordial and the check-in process was seamless. The breakfast offered a decent selection including make-your-own waffles, eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, and juice/coffee.

There were some guests who lacked proper manners and were loud in the lobby and hallway during late hours.
