We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was extra comfy, and we enjoyed the wrap around deck which provided a good outside space. The location was convenient as it was on a main bus line and close to the Waikiki area, but still offered peace and quiet. The MAC restaurant had great healthy food choices that we liked. The hotel facilities including the lobby, pool, and garden area were top-notch. The staff was excellent and very friendly, from the reception to the restaurant and valet parking. They made our stay personal and unique by welcoming us with drink vouchers and gift boxes. The complimentary extras like ice and water in the room, fresh apples and water in the lobby, and freshly cut pineapple and water in the morning were fantastic. Additionally, the hospitality room was a fantastic benefit as it allowed us to freshen up before our late flight. this hotel provided a great experience for us.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning hotel and let me tell you, it was amazing! The location was absolutely perfect - just steps away from the beach and amidst all the action. The room was spacious and cozy, with all the amenities I needed such as a balcony, mini-bar, and in-room safe. I especially enjoyed the lovely garden furniture on the balcony where I could relax and soak in the beautiful view. The staff were exceptional and provided great service, always with a smile on their faces and calling me by name.

My experience here was fantastic. There were so many great features like the rooftop pool, fitness studio, and a variety of shops and restaurants all in one place.

The breakfast at Hilton Waikiki Beach was absolutely delicious. The variety of options and the quality of the food surpassed my expectations. I particularly enjoyed the tomato-basil bisque and grilled cheese, it was so tasty.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and transportation options. The 24/7 restaurant was a lifesaver, especially for early pickups during my business trip. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with great amenities like a large screen TV and toiletries. the hotel provided a convenient and comfortable stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects during my stay. some staff members were not as friendly as I would have expected, lacking the warm hospitality that I have come to enjoy in Oahu.
