imagine my shock when I arrived to find the beach small and the stairs dangerous, I saw three people tumble! the bedroom carpet was soaking wet too, but who needs dry carpet? I almost gave this a good review until I realized the gym had fees, you’d think I could escape the noise of the workers above without worrying about hidden costs, right?

Oh, the culinary gems here are a delight! The Fish Market just a few blocks away served the freshest fish tacos that you absolutely must try. The local grocery store across the street stocked up on heavenly papaya and pineapple that I prepped for my day trips. Plus, the convenient in-room kitchenette made whipping up a meal super easy! The beach? Just steps away, letting you catch those sunset views!

It felt like a game of 'who can make the most noise? ' But honestly, once everything settled, the tranquility of the unit was worth it.

The grounds and amenities are beautifully maintained, and the snorkeling was fantastic. The major downside was the dated room decor, which could use an upgrade.

Loved the friendly staff and spacious units! The pools were well-maintained, perfect for our family. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the location made it easy to explore the west side of Maui.

All was perfect.

the kitchen was absolutely lacking, woudl ve been better with a vegetable peeler or even some basic utensils. and the air conditioning? a nightmare to regulate! additionally, a simple courtesy upgrade would’ve been nice after all this inconvenience. it’s almost like they forgot they were in the hospitality business. could've been good if not for these colossal letdowns.

The ocean view from my room was incredible, and the pools were clean and enjoyable. The staff was consistently friendly, making my experience pleasant.

The decor felt outdated, and I encountered issues with the shower faucet that diminished my comfort. Additionally, behavior of nearby guests at times disrupted the tranquil atmosphere.

The amenities were fantastic, especially the well-maintained pool areas. The rooms felt a bit dated, which was disappointing.

The room was wicked spacious, but man, that shower head was low! Had to duck like a pro to get clean. Still, the kitchen helped whip up some good meals and saved a few bucks. The staff were genuinely nice when we had a problem. Oh, and the beach was right there!

Housekeeping inconsistencies are a concern!!! Outdated room decor and furnishings need a refresh!!! Noise issues disrupted relaxation!!! Limited beach access due to rocky areas is disappointing!!! Gym access should not require an extra fee!!!

Staying at Kaanapali Shores was unforgettable! The spacious condo allowed us to cook together and enjoy quality time as a family. We loved the kid-friendly pool area, and the stunning ocean views from our lanai made each morning feel like a dream.

My wife says that the kitchen could use a few more utensils for families.

The room had a lekker view, and we enjoyed chilling on the lanai. The beach was small but super chill, perfect for some downtime. Staff were friendly and super helpful throughout our stay.
