Upon arrival, I found the replacement location unsatisfactory, lacking the amenities I had anticipated. Overall, the experience left me feeling disheartened and disappointed, as my expectations were dashed with no proper remedy offered.

this place is super clean and all the staff are really friendly, they helped us so much and made us feel welcome. breakfast is better than most hotels, and the free shuttle to the airport was a lifesaver! the shuttle service was quick and easy to use, which saved us time. the garden salad and grilled chicken for dinner was nicer than i expected! overall a pretty good hotel to stay for your layover!

I loved my stay at this hotel because it was close to beautiful parks like Centennial Park Conservatory, where I enjoyed a lovely stroll, and despite the busy nature of the area, the friendly front desk staff made me feel at home during my visit.

I was pleasantly surprised by the impeccable cleanliness of the room and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast selection was enjoyable, especially the pre-cooked bacon. If you can, request a room away from the parking lot view for a more pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

After a long flight, we hopped on the free shuttle and were in our sizable room in no time. The small pool area and hot tub were a nice touch for some relaxation, even though it could've used a bit more cleaning. Just a heads-up, the breakfast was pretty basic, but it did the trick! 😊

However, poor sound insulation allowed noise from the hallway to disturb our sleep on multiple occasions. Also, the bathroom amenities were lacking in quality, which detracted from the overall experience. Lastly, the gym equipment was minimal, and while clean, it was cramped during peak hours.

the shuttle service was excellent. quick and efficient, making my early flight less stressful. breakfast had plenty of choices, more than just pastries, which was great for my family's appetite. the staff were consistently friendly and willing to help.
