I always return for business. They kindly returned my forgotten hairbrush. Suiting me perfectly, with Wi, Fi, handicap parking, and 24, hour reception. Amenities like fitness center and laundry make my stay convenient. I love the flat, screen TV, kitchen utensils, and business facilities. Ideal spot for relaxation and work.

During my Christmas stay, the room had a fresh, clean smell upon arrival. the staff was friendly, and the room was spacious and well, maintained. the air conditioning worked well, which was a huge bonus given the hot weather. the full kitchenette with a full, sized fridge, dishwasher, and cooktop was a great advantage.

The beds were too firm for my liking, requiring extra pillows, and the AC was very effective, necessitating extra blankets. I missed having breakfast included, as it was clearly stated in the description.

The guest snack area and location are great, close to downtown. The room was spacious with a full stocked kitchenette, full-sized fridge, and dishwasher. The bathroom had good water pressure. The staff were friendly and everything was in working order.

Some guests had to wait for an hour or so for check-in and the manager was rude with a nasty attitude in some cases.

The bed was pretty cozy, and the room had a kitchenette, which was handy because we could cook some of our meals. the room was bigger than expected, so there was some space to move around. the hotel was close to the city center and some restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area.

The price we paid for the room was not reasonable, given the infection control measures, which were not up to par. It seemed that we were simply paying for the size of the room and amenities and not the actual quality of service.
