This hotel offers great value for money, with basic amenities and clean rooms. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from everything on the beach. The staff is helpful and attentive. Breakfast, included in the rate, is served in a great little café downstairs with really good coffee and four yummy options.

I had a great experience at Mr. Tucan Hotel. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a delicious selection of food to choose from. I also enjoyed the central location, which made it easy to explore the nearby bars and restaurants. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the main street, offering a unique experience of the city and its people. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Located in the heart of a vibrant area, with Half Moon Bay views from the balcony. Comfortable beds, hot water readily available. Good A/C. Free breakfast on offer.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to all the dive shops. The included breakfast was decent, and we loved grabbing food from the communal terrace while enjoying the sunset. The rooms were modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We appreciated the beach towels provided, and the fact that there was a coffee shop on-site for a quick caffeine fix.

My girlfriend got bit by some bugs, although we were unsure if it was from the hotel. It would have been better if there were more measures in place to prevent this and ensure a bug-free stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Mr Tucan! the location was great, right in the heart of the action in West End. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Wendy, who always greeted us with a smile. the hotel rooms were nicely laid out and we loved the open space between them. the view from our balcony was stunning, overlooking the main street with a beautiful view of the bay and beach. the AC worked perfectly, keeping us cool in the tropical heat. the included breakfast at the adjoining restaurant, the Crazy Bean, was delicious and had a good variety of options. We also loved that we could easily walk to bars and restaurants in the area. being just a few feet away from the beach was a major plus, and the snorkeling in the bay was excellent.

The breakfast was excellent with great smoothies and coffee. the staff was friendly and very helpful. the location was ideal as it was close to the shops, restaurants, and beach.

There was construction happening nearby which caused some noise inconvenience, but as we were out exploring the island during the day. It wasn't too much of a hassle.

I recently stayed at Mr. Tucan in West End for a week-long getaway. The AC was superb, keeping the room perfectly cool, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. The room and bathroom were spacious, with comfy beds for a great night's sleep. The hotel's wifi worked flawlessly, and the central location was perfect, right across from the beach where they provided free sun loungers. The breakfast was delicious, with the highlight being the refreshing pineapple juice. Check-in was a breeze, and they even arranged transportation to and from the airport, with our driver Fernando being incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
