Rooms are dated and often cramped, the party crowd can disrupt your peace!!! Valet parking is charged, which feels tacky for such a high-end place!!! The dining options lacked quality and variety!!!

The views over the St Lawrence River were absolutely insane—like, stop in your tracks gorgeous! And the staff were really friendly, always keen to help out. Brekkie was lekker, especially the smoked salmon. Plus, the room was super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud!

The pool area was a bit cramped and not really chill for couples, if I'm honest.

Canny place this, like! The view of the St Lawrence from me room was champion. Staff were reet friendly and helpful. Only downside was the breakfast could’ve been a bit better. But overall, loved me stay and will defo come back for more!

However, check-in was disorganized, leading to longer waiting times than expected, and the bathroom could use a fan for better ventilation. Dining options within the hotel felt limited, prompting us to seek better meals just a short drive away.

The staff was super friendly, especially the chommie at reception who helped us with all our queries. The outdoor area was fab for sundowners after a long day exploring.

But had a bit of a mission with the indoor pool being cold. wouldn’t have thought a place like this would make you feel chilly.

A Memorable Stay with Stunning River Views!

Our stay was unforgettable! The Fairmont King Room with River View was exceptional, and we were greeted by friendly staff eager to share local attractions. We loved dining in the on-site restaurants. breakfast had a delightful array of fresh local options. Tips, Try the outdoor fire pits for a cozy evening!

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! The scenic walks around the Pointe-au-Pic area were a highlight. We enjoyed the Via ferrata adventure, which was a fun climb along the rock wall. The service was impressive, especially the helpful staff. This place also has great access to outdoor activities and a casino experience. Definitely worth visiting again!

Loved the indoor jacuzzi and the 24-hour reception made check-in a breeze. The room was a bit noisy though.

The heated pools and beautiful outside fire pits made our stay magical. Enjoyed night walks with great ambience.

Felt warm, no reason to complain.
