Great location, clean rooms. Rooftop pool and shuttle service with beach chairs are nice additions. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was close to everything - the Lincoln mall, the beaches, and South Beach. I didn't need a car because I could walk everywhere or take a short Lyft ride. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast each morning was good, with a nice view and personal TVs.

Not one thing.

The hotel had a great location, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. We were able to enjoy the nearby Lincoln Center, Fresh Market, and a variety of restaurants. It was also convenient to get to Ocean Drive, Museums, and the Bayside Market. Additionally, having laundry facilities on-site was a big plus as it allowed us to pack lighter and wash our clothes during our stay.

There were some aspects of our stay that were disappointing. the continental breakfast was good, but the lines could get quite long at times.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The suite was modern and spacious. Convenient location with eateries and attractions nearby. Roof top pool was nice.

The location is excellent for a quiet stay in South Beach. Beach shuttle is great. Tons of nearby food options. Lincoln Road shopping and dining area is awesome! Big room with a well-equipped kitchen and modern dishwasher. Large bathroom. Great beds and undisturbed air conditioning. Rooftop pool with free towels. Grocery store nearby. Good breakfast. Friendly and polite staff. Valet service top class.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious lobby and the friendly multilingual staff. The room was comfortable with a small kitchenette, including a dishwasher and mini-fridge. The location was convenient to Lincoln Road and South Beach. I would recommend this hotel for a weekend getaway.

There were some issues that affected our experience. the room cleanliness was subpar, with dirty floors and hair in the bathroom.

We were stuck in south Florida for three extra days due to the shooting at Ft. Lauderdale airport. Residence Inn was able to accommodate us on short notice and the staff was super nice and helpful during a stressful time. The suite was modern and spacious, well-appointed, and the staff was wonderful, from the front desk to the housekeepers. We'll definitely stay there again when we visit.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn in Miami for my honeymoon. The room was great, with a surprise kitchenette that was very convenient. The staff were amazing, very respectful and friendly, and the location was perfect. The hotel was not on the beach, but it was still close enough to walk to all the sites. Everything was clean and smelled good. The GM, Mrs. Diaz, was exceptional.

We got great value for our money at Residence Inn. The room was amazing, with a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the staff treated us with great care and attentiveness.

The only suggestion I have for the breakfast option is to extend the pool opening hours until 10pm.

This hotel is perfectly located in a residential area of South Beach, away from the crowds but still close enough to explore all that Miami has to offer. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities provided are top-notch. The rooms with balconies offer the best views, allowing guests to truly enjoy their stay.
