We loved the vibrant atmosphere at the hotel, with live music throughout the day and a friendly bar staff. The lounge was a great place to unwind and mingle with interesting people. The whiskey menu was impressive, perfect for us as karaoke and casino enthusiasts. The comfortable beds and the heated pool area on the 5th floor were also highlights of our stay.

With its prime waterfront location, it provides stunning views and is within close proximity to various attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Guests can enjoy the complimentary bike hire and take a leisurely ride around the area. The hotel also offers a guest car service to a downtown location, adding convenience to the stay.

The hiring approach to waiting staff in the lobby bar was perceived as sexist, with one particular staff member being aloof and not engaging in conversation.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, particularly the cafe on the main level that was both convenient and delicious. The hotel staff were exceptional, with friendly and personable service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of shops and close enough to urban adventures like Granville Island and Stanley Park.

Stayed at Fairmont for a quick Christmas getaway with family. Perfect location, excellent staff, and amazing views. Reception was professional and accommodating, and all the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Special mention to our host who sent champagne to our room and provided helpful suggestions. Room service delivery by Rio was top-notch. Spa experience was fantastic, and breakfast at Botanist was delicious. Loved the vibe in the lobby/bar area with live music. Having bikes at the hotel was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a spectacular anniversary experience at Fairmont. The attention to detail was outstanding. The staff surprised us with a lovely gift, and our room was upgraded to a beautiful harbor view. Such a quiet and clean hotel. If you want to be pampered, this is the place. I highly recommend this hotel for a special occasion.

We stayed here with family for a quick Christmas getaway and had a fabulous time! The location is unparalleled, right on the harbour. The king size bed was excellent, the pillows even better. The view from our room on the 19th floor was breathtaking. The service and friendliness of the staff were outstanding. The spa was a definite highlight of our stay, with a great hot tub. All the staff were wonderfully helpful and even surprised our daughters with their Christmas presents in the room. Breakfast at Botanist was delicious and the service was impeccable. Would absolutely come back here for another stay!
