the shuttle service was incredibly helpful for hospital visits. the room service was slow.

Staying at this spot was awesome for family time. The awesome location near Emory College made our trip extra special, and the friendly staff ensured we had everything we needed while enjoying delicious meals.

My kids wished for free parking during our stay.

I stayed here for a medical appointment and appreciated the hotel's close proximity to the hospital. The customer service was truly outstanding, even when they were overwhelmed with guests. The breakfast bar had a fantastic veggie burger that I enjoyed very much! I felt safe exploring the nearby area, especially with Emory University right around the corner.

i almost gave a good review, but the rudeness i experienced was unforgetable. i had such a frustrating time when i was denied a room change, despite needing two beds. also, housekeeping knocked incessently before check-out, how inconsiderate! where's the red carpet treatment? let's not even discuss the limited tv channels, what a joke!

I had a wonderful stay with exceptionally friendly staff who provided great service. The hotel is conveniently located near Emory University, local shopping, and dining, making it easy to explore. Plus, I felt secure walking around off-site and very close to the Emory Eye Clinic.

The TV channels were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing.

the rooms were spacious and quiet, making it easy to relax. the elevator waited too long during peak times.

The hotel is conveniently located near Emory University, making it easy to explore the area with my family. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Mr Leotis Watson, who consistently provided exceptional service throughout our stay. We felt right at home.

My wife says that the parking fees were annoying for families. It would be great if the hotel could offer complimentary parking during our stay.

Dining at the hotel was a pleasure. the freshly baked European bread and the quality of the food were standouts. However, the check-in process was slow, taking over two hours due to an influx of guests, which could be improved. Additionally, the room service timing was a bit off, making it less convenient.

Every time I've been here, the staff goes above and beyond! ! The breakfast buffet is fantastic, and they whip up custom omelets right there! I could feel the genuine care from everyone at the hotel.

It was a bit pricey, but honestly, I think it was worth it for the service we got.
