I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable for two people, with a super comfy bed and an amazing shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Oh, and there's even a Starbucks in the basement!

The breakfast menu could use a little improvement.

The location of this hotel is perfect, with easy access to the lakeshore, the CN Tower, and Lawrence Market. The hotel is connected to the PATH underground network, allowing convenient access to Union station and the subway. I asked for a quiet room and was pleasantly surprised to have one overlooking a peaceful courtyard. The standard room was a comfortable size and always serviced promptly. The lobby had a buzzing atmosphere in the evenings, with packed bars.

The hotel was super clean and had fantastic facilities, including a large indoor pool, hot tub, and exercise facilities. The location was perfect, right across from Union, making it convenient for transportation. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile and making me feel at home.

Conveniently located in the middle of everything I needed, with a maximum 10-minute walk to all my appointments. Valet parking was a time-saver and the sheets were comfortable. The hotel offered free wifi for Fairmont Presidency members, saving $15/day.
