Breakfast was top-notch with lots of choices, and the room was super clean. Spacious layout with a comfy bed. Loved the separate areas and two TVs. Great shower and neat bathroom fixtures. Solid air conditioning and a nice dog walking area. Check-in was smooth. Coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.

The rooms were impressively clean and spacious, making our stay so comfortable! I loved the cozy sitting area and the noise-dampening door for a peaceful night’s sleep. Plus, the breakfast options were delicious, especially the waffles my nephew made!

Housekeeping's professionalism stood out when they contacted us about a pair of glasses, which we appreciated. Breakfast options were decent, but could use some improvement in flavor. a positive experience.

This hotel is perfectly situated next to a designated dog walking area, making it convenient for pet owners like us, and it's just a short distance from several beautiful parks including Sunset Park, Battle Park, and the Rocky Mount Children's Museum, all within about 5 km, allowing for lovely strolls and outdoor adventures. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring both a bedroom and a sitting area with adequate amenities. The front desk staff was really nice, but the hotel could improve on some cleanliness standards.

Spent Xmas at a well, updated property with clean, spacious rooms. The hard, working breakfast staff were excellent, ensuring everything was stocked and clean. Location was convenient for travelers passing through. A friendly check, in experience added to the positive stay. Other negative aspects included filthy carpets, bad odor, and a disappointing breakfast experience. improvements in customer service efficiency and maintenance are needed.

Although check, in took longer than expected, the delays were due to system issues.

The pool closure was disappointing; While the air conditioning was excellent, comfort was compromised by an uncomfortable bed and humidity in the room. Attention to these areas would greatly enhance the experience. Solid potential here, with room for improvement.

I explored old fire equipment and history, enjoyed a plantation tour, and sampled local brews nearby. The sports complex was great for games. I relaxed close to the action, shopped a lot, and had a hearty breakfast daily. The lamplit desk was a lifesaver for my meetings. Hearing people on the floor above me all night was simply delightful.

To top it off, we encountered some minor maintenance issues in the room, including a broken refrigerator and an unresponsive air conditioner. While the staff's friendliness shone through intermittently, the overall experience felt disjointed and left some room for improvement.

Nice choice for a quick trip in Rocky Mount with very good value for money. The bed was comfortable.
