My stay at Hyatt House in Evanston was absolutely wonderful. I was only there for one night, but it was the perfect location for my visit. The staff, especially Paolo at the front desk, provided amazing customer service. The rooms were clean and updated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel also had a great fitness center and was conveniently located near the CTA line. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was fantastic, right near Northwestern University and plenty of restaurants and stores. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially the African American gentleman who seemed to do everything with a smile on his face.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt House in Evanston for 3 nights with my family from Tennessee. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious and modern, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the lakeshore, a delicious pizza place, and the subway train. We felt extremely safe and comfortable during our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Breakfast: Unfortunately, the breakfast options for those with dietary restrictions were quite limited. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I struggled to find suitable choices apart from a fruit cup and coffee.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was great - there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was fantastic, very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was also excellent - a great value for the all-in-one price. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable that I had no trouble sleeping. I also appreciated the various amenities offered, such as dry cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping service.

The location of the hotel in a great area of the city was also a major plus, with lots of good restaurants, shops, theaters, and the lakefront all within a short walk.
