During our recent stay at a hotel in the city center, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service we received. The staff went above and beyond, especially when our phone in the room wasn't working. With their swift action, they resolved the issue and ensured we had a comfortable stay. The attention to detail and friendly attitude left a lasting impression. I highly recommend this hotel for the outstanding service provided.

The hotel had a fantastic swimming pool with a divine hot tub. It was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. the on-site artisan market was a hidden gem. I enjoyed being able to grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner without having to leave the hotel. the waffles and crepes were delicious, and they even had a lovely selection of ice cream.

The wifi was not easy to access and had to be purchased. It would have been nice if it was offered for free, or at least included in the price of the room.

During my recent stay at Fairmont, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful renovation of the rooms. I was upgraded to a spacious suite with two full bathrooms, a comfortable king size bed, and a well-organized layout. The suite was tastefully decorated with a great selection of tile, fixtures, lighting, and wallpaper. The attention to detail was truly impressive. I also loved the delicious food offered at the Artisan Market on the main floor. The pizza and other food options were exquisite. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was conveniently located near the train station. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering a reduced rate for the suite upgrade. I highly recommend Fairmont for its beautiful renovation, great location, and excellent service.

Renovated lobby with beautiful design and a cozy coffee area with comfortable seating around a large fireplace. the Artisan food market offers a variety of excellent food options and full-service shopping for ready-made dishes, groceries, fresh fruits, vegetables, and pastries. Convenient location with easy access to VIA trains, shopping options, and attractions like Old Montreal, Mount Royal, and McGill University.

Dislikes and Worst Aspects: Poor room service experience with wrong gift and card sent for a special occasion, ruining the surprise.

We were impressed by the beautiful common spaces of this hotel, which had a very hip and warm vibe after the year-long renovation. The lobby cafe served excellent coffee, and the Artisans market had a wide range of incredible offerings. The location provided easy access to McGill/Mont Royal through the underground city, which was especially convenient during cold days. The building itself retained its classic, 50's imperial design, giving it an impressive and elegant atmosphere. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the staff were helpful and attentive.

We recently had a romantic escape at this hotel and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. the rooms were beautifully renovated, giving a modern and luxurious feel. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who went above and beyond to make our stay special. We also loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently located near all the attractions we wanted to visit. we were very impressed with the hotel and would highly recommend it.

Conveniently attached to the train station, which was great for easy access to transportation. The hotel staff worked hard to find me an alternative room when I had issues with mine. The catered food was good and I enjoyed the convenience of having a bistro and marketplace right in the hotel.

I wish there was a place indoors or connected to the hotel where I could buy a late night snack. It would have been nice to have that option without having to leave the hotel.

The hotel facilities, including the café, bar, and restaurant, were all top-notch. We had a very pleasant dining experience, with delicious food and a nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Gilda, in particular, provided excellent assistance during check-in. The location of this hotel was ideal, situated in a central area within walking distance of key attractions and close to the old port. We had easy access to food and transportation options.

The desserts were fantastic and the staff was very helpful in recommending local restaurants. the location is prime, close to transportation and great food options. the rooms were extremely clean, and the bed was the most comfortable I've slept in for a while. Love that the hotel offered complementary toiletries and breakfast.

The TV apps were a bit outdated and I couldn't access my favorite shows. bathrooms were pretty cramped, and there was no Google chrome app on TVs which could have been more of a convenience if it were available.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel provides easy access to the train station. The market downstairs serves delicious food and drinks, making it a great place to unwind. The coffee bar Krēme is open early, which is perfect for those who don't want to miss out on breakfast.

The restaurant service doesn't always live up to the same level of excellence as the rest of the hotel.
