The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the city center and a nearby trolley stop. It was convenient to get around and explore the area. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the room was outdated and in need of renovations.

This hotel had a great location close to everything in this city. It was conveniently close to the ocean and also close to the river. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking was convenient, with spaces right outside our room. Transportation was easy, with beaches within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Kyle who went above and beyond to provide an extension cord for my sleep apnea machine.

Everything was spot on.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room accommodations were fantastic. We loved the king lodge with the king size bed and outdoor deck. The room also had a pull-out couch, TV, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The hotel facilities were excellent with clean indoor and outdoor pools, a playground for kids, and free row boats to cross the water to the beach. The location was perfect, close to everything in this congested tourist area. We loved being able to walk to the beach without having to pay for parking and also the easy access to the footbridge. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. They knew our names and were always willing to help.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and everything we needed was already provided, from dishes and a can opener to a comfortable bed. The internet access was excellent, allowing me to work without any issues. Unlike other hotels, there were no strange odors here - the place smelled fresh and clean. The kitchenette was well-equipped, although it would have been nice to have plastic utensils and some paper towels. the renovations were beautiful, the breakfast was great, and the staff was honest and friendly. The highlight of our stay was being able to walk across the inlet to the main beach area. We can't wait to come back!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Tides Motel. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate living room and bedroom. This was perfect for us as it allowed us to have privacy and also provided a space for our family members to visit without entering our bedroom. the hotel had many additional amenities, such as free kayaks and bikes, which we unfortunately didn't get to use but plan to on our next visit. the location was great, within walking distance of the center and the beach. the staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and park our car after our stay. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely return.

The spacious room exceeded our expectations, with a well-equipped kitchen and a stunning view of the water. The daily cleaning service was exceptional, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The location was also ideal, within walking distance to popular attractions and restaurants. the experience was wonderful and we would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this charming cottage is absolutely ideal for a romantic beach getaway. It's just a short stroll to a beautiful beach on the Ocean, and even at low tide, you can easily walk to the center of town. The cottage itself is clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. The customer service was prompt and cheerful, and the shower had hot water and plenty of towels. they provided kayaks and bikes to explore the tidal river and the beach across the river flats.

The tub in the cottage was a bit slippery, so I had to improvise by using shelf liner from the dollar store to make it safer.

Walkable to town center with nearby restaurants. Fun low tide walk over riverbed to beach. Spacious rooms with usable kitchenettes. Huge clean pool. Helpful and friendly owners. Lovely ocean view.

We were delighted with the continental breakfast - fresh and plenty for us vegans. The staff was friendly and the room spotless.

The property offers a large outdoor pool and provides bikes and kayaks for guest use. It is conveniently located near the beach and restaurants. The rooms have practical features such as a sink in the main area and separate entrances. The breakfast options are simple but sufficient.

As women travelling alone, we loved the peaceful and special ambiance of this former church turned restaurant/pub. The garden was beautiful and perfect for a quiet and relaxing wedding location. We enjoyed the nearby lake with its sandy beach and picnic facilities, as well as the opportunity to rent kayaks and other equipment for some outdoor fun. The recent upgrades in bedding, TV, carpet, and furniture made our room feel comfortable and almost brand new. The staff provided exceptional service, addressing us by name and always eager to assist us. The indoor and outdoor pools added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

They always had a smile on their faces and were quick to assist with any questions or needs we had. Lastly, we loved the fact that we had access to a variety of amenities, such as the outdoor pool and the picnic area.

We had to take the trolley or pay for parking in the beach lots. This was a bit inconvenient for us as we had hoped for easy beach access.

my recent stay in ogunquit exceeded expectations. tides motel was a delightful surprise - friendly staff, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms made for a perfect break on our long journey. highly recommend for a couple of nights while sightseeing.
