Had an absolutely grand stay for our anniversary—free room upgrade was a lovely touch! Mighty brekkie too. The only thing? The bars are so popular, you’d want to book ahead. But truly, the staff treated us like royalty, making it all feel extra special!

We had a unique experience during our stay where the staff surprised us with a birthday cake and balloons for my husband, a gesture that truly made him feel special. The afternoon tea we booked was something else, they even won’t let you refill your own tea, and the way they packed our leftover cakes with an extra surprise treat just showed their exceptional attention to detail.

We spent two wonderful nights enjoying the luxury double room, and I must say the room service felt like gourmet dining at home! The eggs Benedict were impressive, and the concierge made our sightseeing seamless. Make sure to try the American Bar for unforgettable cocktails!

What a delightful stay! The room was simply perfect, and I was pleasantly surprised with a champagne bottle celebrating my graduation. Such a thoughtful touch made my special day even better!

But really, what's with the fluffy towels? I nearly wrapped myself up like a burrito and got lost!

We dropped off our bags and got a table to chat about the stay, the team treated us like VIPs. One staff member even surprised us with a flower arrangement in our room later on, made us feel like we were celebrities or something.
