Nestled in the mountains, amazing food, and comfortable jacuzzi suite. Kids loved the pool with waterslide, and loft bedroom. Lovely grounds for walks with great views of the mountains and river. Convenient 24gr gas station across the street. Staff were welcoming and had big smiles.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure at the Fernie Stanford Resort. The friendly staff made us feel right at home. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the pool and waterslide were a great way to relax and have some fun.

Enjoyed exploring the river banks and the pool area with a fun water slide. The continental breakfast had a great selection, including a waffle maker. Convenient location near the ski resort and downtown. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

our recent stay in fernie was fantastic - stanford resort truly exceeded our expectations. the pool area with the slide and hot tub were a hit with our kids, and the tandoor indian restaurant on-site was a pleasant change from boring chain restaurants. the food was delicious!

Air conditioning was lacking in the basement, which was inconvenient for us with young grandchildren.
