Being a frequent traveller, I must say that the staff at this hotel is exceptional. the hospitality provided by Chetan Bhanushali, Ankush Jaggi, and Vijay Sawant at the front desk was top-notch. the room service was prompt, and the valet parking made things convenient. the lunch thali was a unique and delightful experience, standing out from any other vegetarian restaurant I've visited. Offering superior good-quality service with a touch of warm hospitality, Raju Maharaj truly made my stay amazing. With great Gujarati dishes available on the 3rd floor, it truly felt like a home away from home. the breakfast spread at the restaurant was exceptional, leaving my taste buds yearning for more.

It felt suffocating at times due to the lack of proper air circulation in the toilet.

my 20th stay at tip top plaza was exceptional. the staff here are truly outstanding, offering top-notch service. the banquet for our event was perfect, undoubtedly the best venue in the area. the comfortable beds, strong taps in the bathroom, and constant hot water made my stay even more enjoyable. not to mention, the excellent breakfast and convenient location added to the overall fantastic experience.

I've stayed here numerous times, and this spot is my go-to whenever I'm in town. the breakfast spread hits the spot, plus the convenience and location are top-notch. One time, the bathroom setup had me feeling like I was on a mini obstacle course, with water playing a sneaky game of hide-and-seek.

Located in a central area, TIP TOP plaza offers easy access to the major commercial area of the city. It is also conveniently close to other restaurants and the hotel itself has a famous vegetarian restaurant. The rooms are described as requiring upkeep, but the bathroom is well stocked and service standards are generally good. The breakfast spread is consistent and the food is described as healthy and wholesome. Despite some negatives, the location and food options make it a decent choice for a stay in the city.

The hotel lacks a gym facility.

the front desk staff, especially Priya, offered excellent suggestions for dining, leisure activities, and transportation options. the hotel's close proximity to the railway station and other popular attractions made our commute convenient. the cleanliness and facilities exceeded our expectations, and the breakfast spread was delightful.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Thane.

The room was cozy, with a good amount of space. I appreciated the hot water always available in the bathroom. the bed was really comfy, making it easy to relax after a long day of work.

The bathroom setup could use some updates, especially with the shower water running all over the floor.

Christmas at this hotel was amazing! the staff was very welcoming and made the whole experience memorable by making us feel at home. They had a great breakfast buffet with quite a good variety of healthy foods and fresh fruits. they offered free coffee, tea, and water with an electric kettle in the room that really made our stay comfortable and cozy. the location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to many markets and transport facilities.

There were few things that could have been better. despite these two minor issues, the experience was fantastic and we had a great time in the city.
