The breakfast was amazing, with freshly-pressed juice and homemade granola. The location was perfect, with a close walk to downtown and just minutes from the beach. I also loved the cozy and luxurious feel of the room, with Muskoka-inspired art and furniture.

There were a couple of negatives to my stay. I was disappointed that I didn't have access to the backyard during my stay.

The cleanliness was outstanding and we had plenty of towels and blankets. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, offering lots of information about the local area. The private bathroom was spacious and the king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, situated right on the lake and offering picturesque views.

The host was not very accommodating and had a rude attitude towards us. We were not allowed romantic nights and were given a cold reception when we arrived late for breakfast.

As women traveling alone, we felt completely comfortable and safe at this adorable bunkie. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and good quality linens. The outdoor shower was a perfect touch, and the homemade breakfast provided a generous variety of choices. The hostess was gracious and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We can't wait to come back!

I booked this wonderful B&B for the Tall Pines Festival in Germany and it was the perfect choice. Susan and Jeff were welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location was convenient, with a short walk to downtown and the beach. Susan's homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious and she provided all the information we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and well thought out, from the amenities in the room to the extra towels for the hot tub. I highly recommend this B&B and hope to return next year.

We got great value for our money at Four Ninety Muskoka B & B. The room was cozy, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, with a beautiful park behind the B&B and easy walking distance to restaurants and a micro-brewery. Susan and Jeff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The only improvement I would suggest for breakfast is to ensure that specific requests are noted and followed, such as serving fried eggs as requested.
