The breakfast was amazing, with freshly-pressed juice and homemade granola. the location was perfect, with a close walk to downtown and just minutes from the beach. I also loved the cozy and luxurious feel of the room, with Muskoka-inspired art and furniture.

There were a couple of negatives to my stay. I was disappointed that I didn't have access to the backyard during my stay.

The cleanliness was outstanding and we had plenty of towels and blankets. the hosts were welcoming and friendly, offering lots of information about the local area. the private bathroom was spacious and the king-sized bed was extremely comfortable. the location was perfect, situated right on the lake and offering picturesque views.

The host was not very accommodating and had a rude attitude towards us. We were not allowed romantic nights and were given a cold reception when we arrived late for breakfast.

As women traveling alone, we felt completely comfortable and safe at this adorable bunkie. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and good quality linens. The outdoor shower was a perfect touch, and the homemade breakfast provided a generous variety of choices. The hostess was gracious and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We can't wait to come back!

I booked this wonderful B&B for the Tall Pines Festival in Germany and it was the perfect choice. Susan and Jeff were welcoming and made us feel right at home. The location was convenient, with a short walk to downtown and the beach. Susan's homemade breakfast was absolutely delicious and she provided all the information we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and well thought out, from the amenities in the room to the extra towels for the hot tub. I highly recommend this B&B and hope to return next year.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Parking was convenient, and the location was perfect - right on Gull Lake and close to everything I needed. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Felt cozy, no complaints.

The location of this B&B was great, with beautiful views of the lake and a convenient location near the park. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with cozy bedding and linens. the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the healthy, home-juiced juice and the eggs with feta/mushrooms/spinach. the establishment was spotless and the check-in process was simple.

One downside was the particularity of the host, who seemed to be very specific about where things should be placed on the breakfast table. This made us, as more carefree individuals, feel a bit uncomfortable.

We stayed at 490 for a weekend getaway and it was fantastic! The house and yard were impeccably maintained, and our king bed was so soft and comfortable. The decor was beautiful, and Susan really went above and beyond to make our stay delightful. Her breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and she even gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The location was great, with a park nearby and walking distance to restaurants and a micro-brewery. Susan and Jeff were friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended!
