During our stay at Hotel Restaurant U Castellu, we were lucky enough to experience the traditional Corsican folk music on a Saturday night. The musicians created an intimate atmosphere and played for over three hours. The quality of the music was outstanding, and we were so impressed that we even inquired about purchasing a CD. The restaurant was packed, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening of music.

The hotel itself was charming and situated in a forest, providing a tranquil setting. Our room, although on the smaller side, was tastefully decorated and had a spacious bathroom.

The hotel's location was difficult to find, especially for those arriving by train. the lack of clear signs around the station made it challenging to locate the hotel, and the walk to the hotel was quite long.

The hotel is nestled in a beautiful forest with direct access to hiking trails, perfect for nature lovers like me. The location offers impressive views of the countryside if time permits a half day return trip. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were outstanding. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcomed. The breakfast was reasonable value for money.
