Our stay at Hampton Inn was great! The hotel was clean and in a good location. We were impressed with the updated rooms and the attentive staff. The breakfast included in our room price was a definite perk, with a wide variety of options and constantly replenished food. we highly recommend this hotel for families.

My family and I had a fantastic Christmas stay at a hotel in West Des Moines. The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy environment for the holiday season. One of the best aspects of our stay was the delicious breakfast that was included in the room price. We enjoyed a wide variety of food options, and the staff continually replenished the food to ensure everyone had a satisfying meal. Additionally, the hotel was located in a key area with various nearby restaurants, making it convenient for us to try different dining options during our stay.

While our overall experience was great, there were a couple of minor downsides. Unfortunately, the pool was closed on one of the days we wanted to swim due to cleaning.

The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the service provided was excellent. The pool area was great, especially for my grandkids who had a blast. The hotel's location just off I-35/I-80 made it super easy to find. There was also a convenient grocery store within walking distance, which was a plus. Another advantage was that the hotel had a delicious breakfast, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep.

On the downside, we had to call the front desk twice during our stay. First, the refrigerator in our room wasn't cold and had crumbs inside, which showed it wasn't cleaned properly.

As party people, we loved the heated pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. The staff was exceptional, making us feel welcome and ensuring our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast choices were amazing, with smoothies, fresh juice, and even chocolate waffle mix. We also appreciated the complementary snacks in our premium room, which came in handy for our kids after a swim. this Hampton Inn & Suites exceeded our expectations and we will definitely make it a regular stop whenever we stay in the area.

As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we were thrilled to find that the hotel had a nearby karaoke bar and easy access to several casinos. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was a great perk. The location was also convenient, with shopping and a variety of restaurants nearby.

Felt like a dream come true, couldn't ask for anything more!
