Absolutely nothing to criticize.

stayed for 3 nights and found the room dusty and dirty, hair everywhere. how hard is it to clean? the front desk staff was probably the worst experience ever, completely incompetent. I also expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but apparently, this hotel doesn’t value guests. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn’t.

The city view from the room was fantastic,, and the breakfast room had a lovely ambiance for tea. The lunch at the on-site restaurant was also delightful.

Service was inconsistent, and the rooms felt small,, which could detract from the luxury experience one might expect.

this hotel is super cute and totally my vibe! the rooftop pool was awesome with great views, and the bartenders were super friendly. loved how comfy the rooms were, really felt like home away from home. the free snacks at happy hour were a nice treat too. even the staff remembered my name, which made me feel special!

but the elevator was kinda slow, and the bathroom could use a little updating.

Had an amazing group vacation with friends. We enjoyed the breathtaking views from the rooftop pool and loved the accessibility of places like Aerospace for an in-room workout led by Michael Olajide Jr. Plus, the subway was super close for exploring independent movie theaters. The staff was friendly and quick to assist with our needs.

i had a fantastic stay at modernhaus soho for my birthday. they surprised me with a bottle of wine and a card in my room. the views from my 15th-floor deluxe king room were stunning! I really appreciated texting with the front desk. they were super helpful. also, the gym had some great fitness options.

We enjoyed an awesome stay! The rooftop bar was perfect for sunset drinks, and the complimentary snacks were a nice surprise. The staff really went above and beyond. Had a slight hiccup with the AC, but they fixed it right away. Oh, and the in-room breakfast was a hit with my family!
