I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The room was exactly as expected, with amazing views and a quiet atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop pool and bar with breathtaking views. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the nightly cleaning service was great. The location was perfect, with easy access to the West Village, Greenwich Village, Downtown, Lower East Side. Plus, there was a local deli nearby that served food 24 hours a day. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.

The rooftop pool at Modernhaus Soho was absolutely stunning, offering a breathtaking view of the city. The service provided by the housekeeping staff, especially Camilla, was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and public transportation.

While the amenities in the room were great, I was taken aback by the unexpected "amenities-tax" imposed by the city, which significantly added to the overall cost of our stay. Additionally, the lack of certain features such as an iron and a makeup/shaving mirror was a small inconvenience.

I had a wonderful stay at Modernhaus Soho. the hotel staff were very friendly and the location was excellent. Being right next to charming coffee shops, restaurants, and shops made exploring the area a breeze. I particularly enjoyed the large windows in the room, as they let in plenty of natural light. the option of distilled water was a nice touch. the bed was incredibly comfortable, with clean, well-starched sheets. I also appreciated the great view and the interesting layout of the room, with a glass wall for the bathroom. the restaurant, Veranda, served delicious food and the breakfast at Jumping Jacks was prompt and had great service.

My recent stay at a boutique hotel in Soho was fantastic. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. the rooms had a newly redecorated feel and were clean and spacious. I loved the Le Labo bath amenities and the comfortable bed. the rooftop bar was a nice touch, and the hotel's location in Soho was convenient, with plenty of shops, galleries, bars, and restaurants nearby.

The value for our money was excellent at this hotel. The room was comfortable and had a magnificent view from the rooftop pool/bar. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff provided some of the best customer service we have ever received. From the helpful doormen to the attentive front desk staff and the friendly restaurant staff, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We especially appreciated the little touches, like checking in via text to see if we needed anything. The lively rooftop deck with great music and a beautiful view was a definite highlight of our stay.

My stay on a busy street in Manhattan was perfect. The lively area had great restaurants and was perfect to explore Soho and Little Italy. The hotel was beautifully located to reach uptown and downtown. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean with all amenities. The staff delivered exceptional service, with prompt issue resolution and great recommendations. The lobby offered water, tea and coffee facilities. The rubber-soled slippers and comfortable beds are noteworthy, as mentioned in other reviews.

The hotel could improve on the thickness of their comforters.

The noise from the surrounding streets made it difficult to sleep at night. the room was not very spacious and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

The location was superb, just one block from the Canal Street subway entrance, making it easy to explore the city. Being on Broadway, it was convenient to go to midtown and other sightseeing highlights. The hotel also had great facilities and provided a delicious breakfast.
