The value for the money at this hotel was excellent. The room was cozy and private, and we loved the balcony. The location was perfect, within walking distance to downtown and other dining options. The staff treated us well, making our stay enjoyable.

My stay at Fox Hotel And Suites was fantastic! The location was perfect, within walking distance to downtown and other dining options. The interior courtyard was a nice touch, and the separate living room and bedroom in the standard room provided great versatility. The complimentary underground parking was a bonus as well.

The breakfast was enjoyable, although I did wish there was bacon available. The upgrade I received was amazing, and my son loved the hot pool.

I recently stayed at the Fox Hotel in Banff for a couple of nights. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent. The parking was also a pleasant surprise – their underground garage can easily accommodate large vehicles. The staff went above and beyond when they provided us with extra blankets, showing their pleasant nature and willingness to make our stay comfortable. Additionally, they even offered a room upgrade at another hotel in the chain, showing their understanding and helpfulness. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning with my family.

The hotel had a great location, close to the town center and with easy access to ski hills. the breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options including protein, fruit, and bread/pancakes. the service at the hotel was timely and friendly.

The underground parking facilities were too congested and often filled up quickly. the bathroom exhaust system was inefficient, causing steam to accumulate in the bathroom.

Great beds, nice rooms, upgraded family suite with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living area. Good view with the occasional deer trotting past. Wonderful customer service, free RUSH bus tickets, and a fantastic hot tub area. Reasonable family options with a great happy hour at Chili's.

Clean room, small size. Free underground parking, continental breakfast. Good location for buses to ski areas. Walk to shops, supermarket, restaurants comfortable. No need for car, good parking included. Nice décor, beautiful hot tub area. Fresh flowers in bathrooms, nice TV in bedroom and living room. Chili's restaurant onsite, nice breakfast included.

We loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do in town. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The hotel itself had a unique and cool underground cave look, especially at night when all the lights were on. The staff were helpful and kept the outside clean even after the deer left their droppings. The room was super clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a cozy stay. The huge heavenly bed was a dream to sink into after a day of skiing. And the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of protein, fruit, and bread options to fuel our day. Plus, the hotel provided a complimentary bus service to all the ski hills right at the door. We will definitely be back!

We weren't super impressed with the one front desk receptionist we dealt with, and the cleaning crew never said hi. But despite that, we would still recommend this hotel to our friends.

Nothing that I didn't like.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The hotel's location was perfect and I was able to walk to the town centre in just a few minutes. I also really appreciated the information I received from other guests about the buses as it made getting around here so much easier. The staff were all outstanding and gave me great service, with everything I needed quickly delivered to my room. The amenities were fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool areas.

I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great hotel with excellent amenities and a fantastic location.

The one bedroom suite was cozy and comfortable. The lobby was inviting and perfect for relaxing with a morning newspaper. The hotel had lovely hand-crafted Fox curios and embellishments, making it unique and charming. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to Cascade Garden, shops, and a grocery store. The hot pool with jets and sauna were enjoyable amenities. The continental breakfast included fresh fruit, waffles, cereals, juice, coffee.
