we had a room with a breathtaking beach view and the staff was super friendly, especially mark and stephanie at check-in! loved the indoor pools and many hot tubs available. breakfasts at captain's cove were delicious! !

Dynamic pool amenities ideal for family fun.

Parking was a nightmare. very narrow spaces and long walks to our room. The indoor pools were not well-maintained, especially the one in the north tower which looked filthy. Additionally, we were disappointed with the lack of heated outdoor pools during our stay. This made our experience less enjoyable, as we were looking forward to using the pools and hot tubs, especially for our kids.

the parking was absolutely atrocious, narrow spaces and long walks with my luggage. i had high hopes for the dirty indoor pools, but no one seemed to care about my comfort! i expected a complimentary gesture for the mishaps, but I guess that's too much to ask at this resort. i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the beach access, indoor swimming pool, game room, and the kids club. The friendly staff helped me with my room issue late one night, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend checking the pool hours. I'm coming back for a new year!

the pools are amazing and perfect for families there are multiple options to choose from the breakfast staff goes above and beyond to make your mornings great the common areas are spacious and well-kept

It was just a perfect match for shopping in Briarcliffe Acres with great value for the money. We loved how spacious our villa was, and the beach access made it easy to enjoy the sun. Make sure to check the ice machine situation in your unit before settling in.

We had an awesome time with a stunning ocean view from our two-bedroom villa! The pools were fantastic, but the kitchen could've used more utensils. Happy to return!

Just a solid selection for a short stint in Briarcliffe Acres with good price-quality ratio. The consistent service from the staff really stood out, especially how they went out of their way to ensure we were happy with our room. Make sure to check the pool hours before planning your day, as they can be quite variable.

Spectacular Ocean Views and Family-Friendly Amenities Awaits!

We had a fantastic time at this resort! The two-bedroom villa provided stunning ocean views, and we loved the convenience of the full kitchen for family meals. Note that check-in was a bit cumbersome, so prepare for that. We enjoyed beach access but recommend avoiding the high-pressure presentations!

We had a great time relaxing by the pools, though the lazy river was a bit challenging with the current. Also, the sliding glass doors in our room were fantastic, letting in the sounds of the ocean as we fell asleep.

The two-bedroom villa offered a fantastic ocean view from both the living room and master bedroom, making mornings truly special. The convenience of a full kitchen and washer & dryer added to the overall comfort. While the unit was clean, it felt somewhat outdated, which slightly impacted the stay. A kettle in the kitchen would have enhanced the experience, especially considering the pleasant miso soup served at the resort. Overall, the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby shops and dining, making it a solid choice for families.
